And I’m going to ask you to act, in whatever way you can, to help stamp out poverty.
Volunteer.
Give a few bucks if you’ve got it.
Donate to a local food shelter.
Speak out against poverty.
Put a face to poverty by getting to know one poor person, one poor family. Listen to their stories.
Write about your experiences getting to know the real people living in poverty.
And do it now.
