Weekend and reading marathon update

21 09 2008

I got my laundry done yesterday, then took a nap.

Oh yes, I spent a lot of time online yesterday, reading and commenting on blogs.

As for my reading marathon, I’m currently on page 159 of Palace Council. It’s good; this Stephen L. Carter novel is a thriller, and gives some historical background about the 1950s in America.

I watched a movie last night, “Near Dark,” which is  a 1987 vampire flick. Scary, and kind of gory, but very well done.

I was in bed by 10:00 p.m. last night, and slept in until nine this morning.

So it’s Sunday, and I’m not sure what I’m going to do. I may stay home and read all day, or go out for lunch. Just not sure yet.

That’s the beuaty of a day to yourself, though, it’s yours to do with as you wish.

TTFN.

I love the prospect of a day to myself but then stupidly waste it doing something else all together!

Hope your Sunday is just as you want it to be!

I’m planning on it, Lady Banana. I’m defrosting the refrigerator now (ahem).
